Proper Use of the Military's "Stop Loss" Pogrom

Before I start let my clear up the title. I made no mistake; I did not mean program. I used the word I intended to use Pogrom. Now on to the story.

The military has a "stop-loss" program by which they can prevent a military member from severing ties with them upon completion of his or her obligation. The government uses this to keep its military personnel against their will albeit also to maintain enough people to sustain the military in its time of need.
Aside from being a form on slavery or indentured servitude its also wholly unnecessary.
Simply by its designated title of "stop loss," all one need do to stop the loss of our sons, daughters and respect for the United States is eliminate one member of the military NOT keep tens of thousands against their will. The member I'm talking about of course is the so called "commander in chief." that deleterious white house occupant currently doing a fine job of destroying this country, George W. Bush. Such a simple remedy for such a simple minded miscreant, the Bush-whacker
